Well, I have been working on other sites and have done few updates to this site lately. I added an article "Never Good Enough". I have also added some Flash movies primarily directed at Christians. I have removed some of the old outdated pages. But I still have much more to do in that regard.

Some new content exclusively for Christians and church leaders is at Christian Whirled View and I Am Not a Goat!

The site is being updated again. New articles and Flash movies are in the works. A style change is coming too.

New marriage articles: Affair Chance, Bounce Game (there really is a game in there), Low fuel (gentlemen, start your engines), and Status Meetings.

1 Corinthians 13 Love animation is up and running. A more complicated version with more content is planned.

The Crossroads Church site is now on its new domain. There is still some work going on there before we start to publicize it a lot locally. http://www.crossroadscovenant.com

I am using a shared side menu for several pages now. That should improve navigation.

I stripped down the home page to mostly text. The graphics were way too slow.

The Prayer Break area is finally coming around. There are many more topics to come. Pray that I am willing and able to spend time maintaining this site. I have spent most of my "Webmaster" time and creativity for work. Little has been left for my own sites. I am sorry about that.

We now own the rights to OurTimeHas.Com also. People are bound to confuse the two. Most likely, we will just redirect ourtimehas.com users to this site. That way either spelling will get you to one site. FYI: The "R" in RTimeHas.Com can be either "our" or "R" for Ron.

New Domain Name

We now have our own domain "RTimeHas.Com". So far it is for personal and charitable use only. This may change later.

New Server and Hosting Company

Our site is now hosted by ACME Information Systems. They are a local company specializing in Microsoft FrontPage hosting. They may not be the cheapest but they offer several features I like:

They serve pages only. Their phone lines are not clogged with users like most ISPs.
Windows NT server for possible applications I may write.
Full and current support for FrontPage extensions and features
Flexibility
Local support
Other features comparable to other hosting companies.

The benefit to you is that you will get a better site with more features. And it should serve pages faster to you. Of course, the rest of the Internet has an influence on speed also.

Our old provider, CompuServe, may work well for many people. They have not met our needs the past six months. We will be saying goodbye to a 12-year relationship with them.

Updates Available

We can update our site now! This is after several months of being unable to update our site (due to technical difficulties with "upgrades").

Some things on the Web site are actually consistent from page to page! Imagine that!

I wanted to change the look some and create some consistency. Most people would just use an "off the shelf" product to do this. I created my own application using Delphi. I now have several "mini-sites" with different looks, but consistent toolbars. Actually, the application only took a few nights to develop. I had written most of the code about a year ago for another application. Hopefully, updates will occur more frequently now. I am embarassed to say my site became a "cob web" site for a few months. If you visit and find it over a month old, bug me via e-mail. I may need the prodding to prioritize it. Thanks for your help in making the Web a success!
